As a Senior Solutions Engineer youll be the trusted technical advisor helping customers unlock the full power of HubSpot. Youll partner closely with our Sales teams to design solutions that solve real business problems from integration and data migration to custom technical architecture.
In this role you will:
Partner with Sales Teams: Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer goals and build tailored technical strategies that deliver value.
Lead Pre-Sales Conversations: Guide customers through complex topics like integration data migration and technical scalability with confidence and clarity.
Champion the Customer: Share insights and feedback with Product teams to help shape the future of HubSpot.
Coach & Empower: Mentor Account Executives on HubSpots capabilities so they can confidently position our solutions.
Collaborate Globally: Work with Solutions Engineers from around the world to share ideas improve processes and drive better customer outcomes.
Youre a curious collaborative and technically sharp professional who loves making the complex simple. You combine technical know-how with business understanding and can connect the dots between customer needs and impactful solutions.
Youll thrive in this role if you:
Have 4 years in a technical customer-facing role (Solutions/Sales Engineer Technical Consultant etc.)
Are a natural storyteller who can bring technical concepts to life for both technical and non-technical audiences
Are customer-obsessed always focused on delivering measurable impact
Love solving problems and turning challenges into opportunities
Enjoy collaborating in an inclusive supportive team environment
Have hands-on experience with API integrations data migrations and solution architecture (familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a bonus!)
Were a tight-knit high-performing team of Solutions Engineers based across Australia Singapore India and Japan.
