The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager - Regulatory Strategy to support Crowns critical relationship with its regulators and drive strategic regulatory initiatives across the Group. This role sits within our Group Compliance & Regulatory Affairs function and plays a key part in shaping and enhancing Crowns regulatory strategy processes and reporting.
You will work closely with compliance licensing risk and operational teams across multiple properties ensuring Crown continues to uplift regulatory maturity and deliver transparent accurate and timely responses to ensure we meet regulatory obligations and expectations.
Key Responsibilities include
- Maintain and enhance regulatory risk policies procedures and licensing processes.
- Evolve GRC modules tools and analytics to support regulatory oversight and reporting.
- Develop and deliver training on regulatory frameworks processes and tools.
- Support Groupwide regulatory strategy regulatory change uplift and development of KRIs.
- Prepare highquality reporting for Management and Board Committees and contribute to regulatory projects and initiatives.
- Partner with C&RA teams to deliver strong stakeholder support while maintaining strict confidentiality and policy compliance.
- Ensure adherence to Responsible Service of Gaming requirements and complete all mandatory compliance training.
About You
- Strong experience in regulatory affairs or regulatory risk roles.
- Ability to document implement and operationalise regulatory policies.
- Experience preparing reporting for senior executives risk committees or boards.
- Experience developing GRC systems and regulatory change processes in complex environments.
- Degree in Business Law or a related discipline.
- Ability to obtain required Casino Employee Licences
