In this role you will be integral to our Sea Personnel Service (SPS) department. Your responsibilities will include overseeing reviewing optimizing and implementing SPS processes with a continuous improvement mindset ensuring their alignment with the companys objectives. You will play a key role in providing data insights and collaborating with various teams.

What you will be doing
As a Process Analyst you will be responsible for reviewing optimizing and implementing SPS processes to enhance effectiveness across the organization. You will take ownership of determining improvements for processes and systems collaborating closely with the Global Manager SPS and other stakeholders. You will serve as the point of contact for our Business Technology department to support data integrity systems development and integration and reporting tools. Additionally you will be responsible for data management working in an environment that champions continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.
Key responsibilities
Review optimize and implement SPS processes.
Act as delegated Product Owner to determine business rules and requirements for system support.
Perform systems user acceptance testing.
Provide training and prepare documentation for system users.
Support data integrity systems development integration and reporting tools.
Manage data and providing input for ESG reporting and external questionnaires.
Qualifications
Team player thriving in a dynamic environment. Experience as Process Analyst or in handling process improvements is an advantage.
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience and thinking level.
Excellent communication skills.
Stakeholder management experience.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Continuous improvement mindset.
Strong social skills combined with a data-driven approach. Proven people skills.
