Voor ons hoofdkantoor in Veghel zoeken wij een Data & FP&A Analyst!
Ben jij een analytische duizendpoot met een passie voor data en financiële processen Wil je bijdragen aan het verbeteren van marges en bedrijfsresultaten binnen een dynamische organisatie Dan is deze hybride rol waarbij je expertise in data-analyse en finance operations combineert perfect voor jou!
In deze fulltime functie werk je aan het analyseren van grote datasets van verschillende business units (voornamelijk apotheken en ziekenhuizen) om waardevolle inzichten te genereren die leiden tot betere marges en prestaties. Daarnaast speel je een sleutelrol in het herstructureren harmoniseren en stroomlijnen van hoe we data consolideren rapportages creëren en forecasts en budgetten beheren. Je werkt deels vanuit huis (maximaal twee dagen per week) en bent actief betrokken bij zowel lokale als internationale financiële processen.

Competenties
- Analytisch vermogen:Je kunt grote datasets omzetten in actiegerichte inzichten.
- Technische vaardigheden:Je hebt sterke expertise in data-analyse en visualisatietools inclusief Power BI en geavanceerde Excel-technieken.
- Organisatie en nauwkeurigheid:Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent georganiseerd zodat rapportages en forecasts altijd kloppen en deadlines worden gehaald.
Kennis en ervaring
- Bachelor in Data Science Econometrie of een gerelateerde richting. Kennis van finance is een pre.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met datamanagement en visualisatietools (bij voorkeur Power BI).
- Uitgebreide kennis van Microsoft Excel inclusief geavanceerde formules en financiële modellering.
- Ervaring in FP&A financiële analyse of een vergelijkbare rol.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Kennis van Nederlands is een plus.
