What you will do
- Lead photovoltaic construction projects including grid connection infrastructure
- Coordinate internal and external teams: engineers site supervisors subcontractors
- Define and manage the detailed project schedule and milestones
- Oversee permits insurances and necessary documentation before work begins
- Control deliveries site compliance and monitor on-site safety and quality
- Track budgets validate invoices and run regular construction meetings
What you bring & who you are
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering
- 57 years of experience managing construction projects ideally in renewables
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Committed to high standards in quality and safety
- Effective communicator with a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Fluency in German and English
