About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to manage inbound leads and help drive enrollment for their youth programs. This role combines sales customer success and CRM management and is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote target-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads and conduct personalized outreach via email text and phone.

  • Explain program tiers seasonal offerings and training formats to prospective families.

  • Assist with online registration payments and onboarding.

  • Meet monthly and seasonal enrollment targets; track performance metrics.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly pipeline reports.

  • Support retention and renewal campaigns for returning participants.

  • Collaborate with marketing to refine campaigns and digital messaging.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 2 years in sales enrollment or customer success preferably in youth sports or education.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and digital collaboration platforms.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals remotely.

  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organization.
