Coast is seeking a driven consultative Sales Development Representative (SDR) Contractor in the Philippines to help grow our customer base by identifying and qualifying new leads.
This is a high-energy outbound role where you will:
Execute structured outreach across phone email and social channels.
Introduce Coast to potential customers.
Run thoughtful discovery to uncover real pain points.
Build a strong pipeline of qualified meetings for Account Executives.
This role requires a reliable schedule aligned with U.S. business hours.
Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls emails social touches) to generate pipeline with maintenance and operations teams.
Conduct structured consultative discovery to understand processes pain points and goals mapping Coasts value to each prospects workflow.
Research accounts and contacts prior to outreach to personalize messaging and improve conversion and meeting quality.
Develop a strong understanding of Coasts product and customer use cases to communicate benefits confidently and answer questions.
Maintain accurate timely logging of all activities and customer interactions in Salesforce and Outreach.
Qualify opportunities against agreed criteria and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
Consistently hit or exceed monthly targets for activities meetings set and qualified opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to test messaging share prospect feedback and improve outreach playbooks.
Experience: 1 year in outbound SDR inside sales telemarketing or similar role; experience in SaaS or B2B sales preferred.
Consultative approach: Able to ask open-ended questions listen actively and tailor messaging to each prospect.
Outbound skills: Comfortable making 100 cold calls per day and managing multi-channel cadences.
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English; able to build rapport quickly handle objections and communicate clearly.
Learning & accountability: Fast accountable learner who follows through on commitments and takes ownership of personal performance.
Track record: Proven ability to consistently set qualified meetings and hit activity/pipeline goals.
Research & discovery: Able to independently research accounts and personas quickly understand buyer needs and articulate product value.
Tech proficiency: Comfortable using Coast Google Workspace Zoom/Meet Salesforce Outreach Zendesk Intercom Avoma or equivalent tools.
Work environment: Reliable internet quiet home workspace and availability aligned with U.S. business hours (Pacific Central or Eastern).

Engagement Type: Independent contractor based in the Philippines (taxes/statutory contributions are contractors responsibility; no health benefits).

Compensation & Perks
Competitive base salary: $15000 $18000 USD/year commission (based on experience).
Paid time off: 12 U.S. holidays 18 additional PTO days.
