Key Responsibilities

Perform TIG welding on stainless steel aluminum and other metals according to technical drawings and specifications.

Prepare and set up welding equipment including torches regulators and gas lines.

Inspect materials joints and finished welds for quality and conformance.

Read and interpret blueprints schematics and welding symbols accurately.

Maintain proper welding techniques to minimize distortion and achieve clean finishes.

Conduct basic fabrication cutting grinding and polishing tasks as required.

Follow company safety policies wear PPE and ensure work area cleanliness.

Assist in maintenance and calibration of welding equipment.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a TIG Welder or in a similar role.

Knowledge of GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) processes and standards.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.

Familiarity with welding safety practices and materials handling.

Certification in TIG welding (CWB or equivalent) is an asset.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Experience with MIG and Stick welding techniques.
