Key Responsibilities: -
Generate new business opportunities through B2B sales to manufacturers in target industries.

Conduct field visits to industrial clients for product presentations demonstrations and relationship building.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports forecasts and client visit summaries.
-
Use Excel and other digital tools to maintain customer data quotations and order tracking.
-
Leverage AI-based tools for market analysis lead generation and performance tracking.
-
Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback on market trends.
-
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing order execution and delivery schedules.
-
Represent the company professionally at trade shows client meetings and industry events.
Required Skills and Qualifications: -
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Marketing or related field.

Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in B2B industrial sectors (Chemicals Lubricants Polymer Petrochemical Paints).

Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic understanding of AI tools.

Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently.

Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
-
Fluency in Hindi English and Bengali is essential.

Willingness to travel 10 12 days per month.
