Job Description:
We are seeking talented recruitment professionals to manage end-to-end contract hiring for domestic recruitment. The ideal candidates will have expertise in sourcing screening and managing candidates along with coordinating with hiring managers and clients to ensure smooth onboarding.
Key Responsibilities Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter (2 yrs):

Source candidates through job portals social media referrals and other channels.

Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
-
Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure engagement and a smooth hiring process.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and schedule interviews.
-
Maintain accurate records of candidate submissions interviews and feedback in ATS/trackers.
-
Support onboarding and follow-up of selected candidates.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment Lead (5 yrs):

Lead end-to-end contract hiring operations for domestic recruitment.

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent.
-
Mentor and guide recruitment team members ensuring adherence to hiring standards.

Maintain client relationships ensuring timely updates and alignment with hiring needs.
-
Monitor recruitment metrics track team performance and ensure hiring targets are achieved.

Manage complex or high-volume hiring requirements efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills:

Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter: 2 years of experience in domestic contract hiring.

Recruitment Lead: 5 years of experience in domestic contract hiring with team management and client Handling experience.

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Naukri Indeed and other platforms.
-
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
-
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment trackers.

Strong candidate engagement and relationship management skills.
