Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology and operational improvement projects
- Manage and optimize fleet and transport systems for compliance and efficiency
- Oversee financial systems integration including ERP and billing platforms
- Engage stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable IT solutions
- Manage vendor relationships procurement processes and IT inventory

Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Business or a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in IT operations and project management
- Proven track record in delivering cross-functional IT/business system projects
- Experience in the transport or logistics sector is highly advantageous
- Strong communication stakeholder engagement and organizational skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems fleet management platforms and financial systems
- Preferred Certifications:
- PMP or PRINCE2
- ITIL Foundation
- Business Analysis or ERP-related certifications
