• A senior HR People or OD professional with 5 years of leadership or consulting experience.
• Someone whos influenced executives and shaped culture across multi-state or international teams.
• Comfortable using digital tools (LinkedIn Zoom CRMs) to connect communicate and inspire.
• Known for your strategic thinking emotional intelligence and authentic communication style.
• Passionate about growth both your own and the people you serve.
