Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop site test fits conceptual layouts and architectural drawings for new data center developments.
- Support the engineering team in translating customer and internal program requirements into clear CAD drawings.
- Prepare conceptual building plans and presentation materials for internal and customer use.
- Assist in evaluating site constraints access and utility planning to support early design decisions.
- Contribute to new building program ideas massing studies and master-planning efforts.
- Support special projects and other engineering team initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- 14 years of professional experience in architectural drafting or related design roles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit SketchUp or similar visualization tools a plus).
- Proficiency in Blue Beam.
- Strong spatial planning skills and an ability to translate technical requirements into efficient layouts.
- Understanding of basic building systems site planning principles and architectural documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Architecture Drafting or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience with industrial commercial or data center projects is a plus but not required.
