Community Support Worker

7619.04 for 12 hours per week

You will be working for our Step-Down service which provides a safe space for up to five individuals at any one time upon discharge from hospital due to poor mental health.

As a Community Support Worker you would enable individuals to find suitable accommodation in the community as well as link up with health and social care support services. We are looking for an empathetic adaptable individual with a non-judgmental approach.

The service operates through daily shifts between 10am and 2pm and 6pm and 10pm. The postholder will work on a shift rota agreed between them and the Team Manager.
