Full-Time Competitive Pay Leadership Role in Generator Installation
Location: Mount Pleasant South Carolina

As we continue to grow we are seeking a Lead Installation Tech to lead electrical operations and ensure the quality safety and compliance of our installations.
- Review sold job folders and confirmed all electrical scope aligns with code and Generator Supercenter standards
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and trace wiring issues during installation and service
- Support load testing of generator systems and ensure operational compliance
- Assist in project preparation including trenching conduit routing and setting mechanical components
- Perform AC/DC wiring and read electrical diagrams and blueprints with precision
- Install electrical equipment and components including panels ATS units wiring conduit and controls
- Utilize electrical testing and measurement tools proficiently
- Promote job site safety cleanliness and team collaboration
- Support and train electrical technicians as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3 years of professional electrical experience (generator installation experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of AC and DC electrical systems
- Proficient in reading wiring diagrams schematics and technical manuals
- Experience working with conduit electrical panels transfer switches and backup power systems
- Strong communication leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs climb ladders and work outdoors in various conditions
- Safety-minded and detail-oriented with a commitment to code compliance
