Job Summary
Special Education Charter High School Teacher
ISO Workforce Alliance is seeking a passionate and experienced Special Education Teacher to join one of our charter high school partners. This role is ideal for a dedicated educator who thrives on helping students reach their full potential in a supportive high-performing environment.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Hold a current Illinois Teaching License with the appropriate Special Education endorsement
Demonstrate success teaching high school students in special education settings
Design individualized data-driven instructional plans to meet each students academic goals
Maintain strong parent and community partnerships
Ensure compliance with special education regulations and documentation
Exhibit excellent communication collaboration and organizational skills
Bring a positive energetic presence to the classroom each day
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate ranging from$45 to $55 per hour depending on experience and credentials
