Work youll do

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment operations ensuring smooth and timely hiring processes.
  • Manage and update recruitment data reports and dashboards for tracking and analysis.
  • Handle candidate documentation background checks and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and data privacy standards.
  • Support talent acquisition projects process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Liaise with hiring managers recruiters and external partners to ensure efficient communication and process flow.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in recruitment coordination HR operations or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and HR/recruitment communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • This role will be for 6-month contracts.
