Nursery Room Leader Level 3 Qualified 12.4013.48 per hour 40 Hours per Week

What Were Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
• Sound knowledge of EYFS Ofsted standards and safeguarding.
• Strong leadership communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for inspiring young minds and supporting your teams development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead your room team to deliver high-quality play-based learning experiences.
• Plan implement and evaluate exciting activities following the EYFS framework.
• Build strong positive relationships with children families and colleagues.
• Ensure safeguarding health and safety standards are always maintained.
• Support and mentor practitioners fostering a collaborative and caring environment.
• Contribute to the nurserys continued Good Ofsted rating and commitment to excellence.
