• Lead a dynamic cross-functional project-team providing clear direction unwavering support and motivation to achieve project goals using effective project management processes and tools

• You will craft and implement comprehensive project plans ensuring they align with overarching goals while clearly defining objectives boundaries timelines resources and deliverables

• Your role involves coordinating the efficient allocation of resources including budget management to ensure your team has all the necessary tools information and support for successful outcomes

• Communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders fostering positive relationships aligning expectations and ensuring everyone is on the same page with project goals

• Ensure that reports and dashboards are current and of high quality for regular senior-level meetings while also managing the portfolio risks and issues register

• Monitor project budgets expenses and financial resources generating regular reports for senior management to provide insights into project health progress and areas for improvement

What will convince us

• You hold an academic degree in Business Administration Biotechnology Engineering or a related field complemented by relevant project management certifications like PMP

• Your extensive experience in project management roles showcases your ability to successfully deliver complex initiatives within an operations environment

• Your solid understanding of manufacturing processes ideally with GMP knowledge equips you to anticipate challenges and adapt to evolving project requirements and timelines

• You excel at problem-solving and making sound decisions in dynamic settings

• Your meticulous attention to detail ensures accuracy in project documentation and reporting

• You possess strong skills in managing conflicts and expectations throughout project phases and you communicate effectively across various hierarchical levels

• You are highly proficient in MS Office 365 applications and project management tools such as Asana and MS Project with initial experience in SAP being an added advantage

• Your ability to thrive in an international matrix organization is complemented by your willingness to travel occasionally (around 10%)

• Your excellent English skills along with any additional languages enhance your communication capabilities
