Job Description

The Activites Coordinator plans and coordinates a variety of programs to provide a vibrant and engaging life for our Memory Care residents.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Determine residentprogram preferences talents and needs through resident feedback new resident orientation and communication with resident families.
• Plan daily and weekly programsto engage residentsto meet their social physical emotional and psychological needs.
• Assist in planning programs and eventsthat encourage prospective residents to participate in community life and see the value and benefit our community can offer them.
• Must have a valid drivers license and be over the age of 25 (as you will be required to drive the community bus for resident outings)

Qualifications

• 2 years of activity programming experience.
• 1 years of leadership experience in senior living preferred.
• A love for seniors!
• Highly organized and great time management skills
• Energetic engaging and caring personality
• Ability to connect with people
