Role: Oil & Gas Instrumentation Manager level
Opportunity:
Were looking for an experienced person who has worked with the Energy industry for 8-12 years and brings strong experience in the Instrumention. The person will be responsible for the growth of our Business and Technology Consulting services for Oil & Gas and Renewables sector across the globe.
Education:
- Graduate / BE - B. Tech / (preferably in Energy/Petroleum related field)
- MBA or a relevant Management Degree / Diploma (added advantage)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategies for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) to optimize asset performance and lifecycle management.
- Design and develop Digital Twin models to simulate and analyze operational processes providing insights for improved decision-making and performance optimization.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing instrumentation systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Provide technical expertise in instrumentation design including the development and review of P&ID diagrams Cause & Effect Diagrams and Instrumentation Wiring Diagrams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Instrumentation Engineering (MBA is additional)
- 8 -14 years of relevant industry and consulting experience in the Oil & Gas Refineries or Petrochemicals sector.
- Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Digital Twin development.
