We are currently seeking a meticulous and dynamic administrative professional to join our team on a full-time basis in the role of Executive Assistant to the Deputy Principal commencing in January 2026.
Your role:
As the EA to the Deputy Principal you will play a vital role in supporting the leadership and operational success of the College. This position involves providing high-level strategic and administrative support to the Deputy Principal and key members of the Senior Leadership Team.
You will serve as a central liaison fostering effective communication between the Deputy Principal and staff parents and students while managing sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
You will be required to efficiently act on urgent issues requiring attention monitor deadlines and ensure the accuracy of communications developing and implementing systems and procedures which ensure the smooth functioning of the College.
