Applications are invited for a Police Staff Investigating Officer to join West Midlands Police Public Protection Eastern Rasso Team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
The Eastern Rasso Team investigate reported crime of Rape and serious sexual offences. Working alongside other PSIOs PSIs and Detectives reporting to the Detective Sergeant you will be responsible for your own investigations.

Vetting: Successful applicants will be required to pass Recruitment Vetting and Counter Terrorism Clearance scrutiny prior to commencing their role this will include a full background & financial disclosure as part of the vetting process.
Medical: Appointment to this role will be dependent upon successfully medical checks which may include a drugs test and if required a fitness test.
Hours: Working a defined shift between the hours of 0800 and 20:00 Monday through Sunday.
