Join Linklaters as a Recruitment Assistant on a 12 month fixed term contract and play a pivotal part in shaping the future of one of the worlds leading law firms! Based in London youll be at the heart of our UK Business Teams Recruitment ensuring we attract and hire the very best talent to drive our business forward.

The Role:

Youll be:

  • The go-to contact for candidates and recruitment agencies making every interaction count.
  • Orchestrating seamless recruitment processes from approvals to interviews and assessment events.
  • Keeping our applicant tracking system (Workday) sharp organised and up to date.
  • Powering our team with insightful recruitment reporting and live trackers.
  • Managing invoices and supporting ad-hoc projects that keep our resourcing function ahead of the curve.

This is your chance to work alongside a dynamic team supporting a wide range of business functionsFinance HR Marketing Operations and moreacross our UK offices.

What Were Looking For:

We want someone whos ready to hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced people-focused environment. Youll need:

  • Proven experience in recruitment administration (in-house or agency).
  • A track record in busy highly administrative rolesliaising with everyone from candidates to senior stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detailaccuracy is your superpower!
  • Top-notch organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities at pace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence to interact at all levels.
