岗位职责Responsibilities:
- 工艺优化与改进分析现有的生产工艺流程设计并实施工艺改进方案开展工时测定产能分析
Process optimization and improvement analyze exixting production processes design and implement process improvement solutions conduct itme studies capacity analysis.
- 负责指定新产品的工艺流程作业指导书和控制计划
Develop process flow charts SOP and control plans for new product.
- 快速响应并解决生产的异常技术问题并原因分析
Respond quickly to ad reslove abnormal technical isues on production line and performing root caus(RCA).
- 减少生产过程中的异常提升产品质量和一致性
Reduce variation in the production process to improve produce quality and consistency.
- 工装夹具的设计及改进
Design fixtures and improvement
- 与生产质量采购技术部门紧密合作确保项目的顺利推进
Work closely with Production Quality Purchasing and Technical departments to ensure the smooth progress of process projects
- 与厂商沟通解决来料或者外协加工相关的工艺问题
Communicate with supplier to resolve process-related issues with incoming material or outsourced processing.
- 标准化文档的制作
Standardization & Documentation
- 主动性强抗压性高
Proactive & Ability to work under pressure
- 具备良好的团队合作精神

岗位要求 Requirements:
- 机械等相关理工科专业本科及以上学历
Bachelors degree or above in Mechanical Engineering relevant major.
- 需要有2年以上机械行业工作经验有1年项目管理经验为佳
Above 2 years machinal experience in manufacturing better with 1 year experience in project management.
- 英语读说写基础
Basic Communication with English
- 熟练使用CAD绘图2D或者3D软件绘图
Proficient in using 2D/3D software such as CAD .
- 熟悉使用Office
Proficient in using Office.
