Job Summary
- Serves as a technical expert in plumbing and fire system of building engineering.
- Responsible and plays a key role in plumbing design tender management and quality control.
- Proactively support team leader and coordinate with project manager in work and resource planning.
- Mentoring and coaching junior engineer. /LP
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Building Services Plumbing and Fire System Master degree is preferred.
- At least 4 years post-qualification experience in design and building services management
- Registered / Chartered Engineer of a recognized professional institution.
- Solid technical knowledge.
- Broad Experience in design for varying building types.
- Specialized in design for high-profile projects and complex institutional building.
- Specialized in tender management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills high responsibility.
- Excellent verbal/written both in Chinese and English.
- Able to work under pressure.
