Job Summary
Were gearing up to launch our closed beta with General Availability planned for February 2026. The product is ready early users are engaged and the feedback loop is strong; now its time to turn momentum into measurable growth.
Your mission: build an AI-native data-driven acquisition motion that turns awareness into signupsand signups into qualified meetings and paying customers.
Over the next few months youll help us find test and scale what works. By the time we hit GA youll have helped build the foundation for a scalable growth engine.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the GTM playbook from day onenot just execute it.
Were looking for a smart resourceful Growth Marketer to help us build and scale organization revenue engine from inbound discovery to qualified pipeline. Youll run bold experiments across our GTM stack craft content that converts and use AI to accelerate pipeline.
This is a high-impact hands-on role for someone who loves going from zero to one thrives on testing and wants to grow a global AI startup from the ground up.

Lay the groundwork for AI-driven growth marketing with fresh youthful insight
Translate early traction into scalable predictable growth
Build from scratch with a startup mindset and hunger for experimentation
Make meaningful career progress in a groundbreaking space
Location: Remote / Work-from-home
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Manila Time)
Requirements
Firm understanding of what it takes to grow a SaaS B2B product
Proven ability to write compelling content tailored to our audience
Strong interest in building from the ground up; startup experience preferred
Naturally curious and excited to test iterate and learn
Tech-native; Flexible with tech stacks as long as youre fluent in one
Hands-on experience with:
LinkedIn Ads and Google Analytics
Web building and optimization
Growth marketing tools (e.g. Apollo other SaaS growth platforms)
AI tools for experimentation and automation
Familiarity with product-led growth strategies and SaaS GTM motions
Comfortable operating as a GTM agent supported by mini AI agents
