Role description (Eindhoven):
BDM

  • Focus: companies <500 FTE all industries

  • Region: Zuid - Nederland(hub will open soon)

  • Inbound vs outbound: mix; warm leads via content/webinars self-sourced outbound required

  • No SDR; full-cycle AE responsibilities incl. prospecting qualification closing

  • Sales type: consultative long-cycle; complex stakeholder management (mainly HR)

  • Deal value: varies based on headcount and benefit needs

  • Frequent client visits particularly early stage

Salary range & secondary benefits:

  • Senior: 5.5K base p/m 30K OTE (uncapped; kickback bonus structure post-target); target 300K revenue

  • Medior: up to 4.5K base p/m similar bonus structure with lower target
