The team partners effectively with the business leaders providing strategic talent advice to work in an integrated manner leveraging solutions and best practices. The teams are responsible for enabling the business driving the engagement of our people locally and bringing our strategy and EVP to life.

The team includes workstreams like Business Partnering Talent Acquisition Learning and Development Mobility Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems Operations People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.


Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

  • Vendor management
  • Event management in particular for residential programs
  • Data analytics & MIS preparation
  • Petty Cash management
  • Budget preparation for events
  • Accounts payable and receivable management
  • Managing Training Calendar and tracking progress
  • Manage class rosters
  • Manage cancellations and no-show charges
  • Classroom attendance updating in SuccessFactors
  • Updating of Feedback (Qualitative and Quantitative)
  • Space Management (Allocation and blocking of training rooms; timely cancelation of training rooms) & Executive support to the L&D team
  • Creation and management of engagement codes
  • Tele-calling individuals and facilitating in registering them
  • Printing binding and dispatching of participant material
  • Vendor & location identification (for banquets and residential programs) & PO management
  • Management of travel and accommodation for faculty and participants (domestic and international)
  • Onsite support for residential & partially residential programs across the country ( Travel mandatory to support these programs)
  • Handling and coordinating for virtual learning (Webcast and WBL coordination )
  • Handling queries from stakeholders


Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

  • Bachelor of Commerce
  • Bachelor of Business Administration

Experience

  • Associate
  • HR Operations (4 years)
