The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic SMART (Body Shop) Manager to lead an Eastbourne repair centre. Youll oversee a skilled team manage daily operations and drive growth in both B2B and retail business. SMART repairs cover light damage work including dents scuffs paint chips and alloy refurbishment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead develop and motivate your team.
Deliver outstanding customer service and quality.
Drive business growth through retail upsell and B2B opportunities.
Manage workflow budgets KPIs and compliance.
Implement process improvements and new technologies.
What Were Looking For:
Proven team leadership experience in automotive or related sectors.
Strong commercial organisational and people management skills.
Knowledge of bodyshop processes accident repair and insurance procedures.
Excellent communication and customer service focus.
Automotive qualifications are desirable but not essential.
