About the Role What You Will Do

As a Portuguese Speaker Customer Service Representative (CSR 1) you will handle customer interactions via calls chats or emails ensuring every customer receives accurate support and efficient solutions.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming customer communications professionally and effectively.

  • Identifying customer needs and providing clear accurate resolutions.

  • Conducting research using internal systems to resolve inquiries.

  • Documenting all cases with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Collaborating with your team to achieve service goals.

  • Working on rotational shifts (24/7) with flexibility.

This role is perfect for proactive problem-solving communicators who want to grow in a dynamic global environment.



Requirements

  • Language Skills: Portuguese level C1 and English level B1.

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in a call center (customer service or similar).

  • Education: Graduates and dropouts are both welcome to apply.

  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts.



Benefits

  • Attractive Salary: 31260 EGP Gross.

  • Transportation: Provided after 9 PM (door-to-door for females).

  • Social Insurance provided.

  • Location: Maadi Cairo Governorate Egypt.

  • Working Hours: 8 hours 1-hour break.

  • Days Off: 2 days weekly.
