About the Role What You Will Do
As a Portuguese Speaker Customer Service Representative (CSR 1) you will handle customer interactions via calls chats or emails ensuring every customer receives accurate support and efficient solutions.
Your main responsibilities include:
Managing incoming customer communications professionally and effectively.
Identifying customer needs and providing clear accurate resolutions.
Conducting research using internal systems to resolve inquiries.
Documenting all cases with accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborating with your team to achieve service goals.
Working on rotational shifts (24/7) with flexibility.
This role is perfect for proactive problem-solving communicators who want to grow in a dynamic global environment.
Requirements
Language Skills: Portuguese level C1 and English level B1.
Experience: Minimum 6 months in a call center (customer service or similar).
Education: Graduates and dropouts are both welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
Benefits
Attractive Salary: 31260 EGP Gross.
Transportation: Provided after 9 PM (door-to-door for females).
Social Insurance provided.
Location: Maadi Cairo Governorate Egypt.
Working Hours: 8 hours 1-hour break.
Days Off: 2 days weekly.
