Job Summary
JOB LOCATION: AIN SOKHNA TEDA BUSINESS CENTER.
Job Summary:
Finalize all shipping documents and hand them to customers in an accurate and timely manner.
Main duties:
- Issue delivery orders and discharge invoices for import customers.
- Coordinate with involved sales executives to ensure that the clients invoice includes all services provided to the customers.
- Hand Bill of Lading of export shipments to customers.
- Finalize all shipment documents to allow import customers to withdraw their containers and export customers to load on board their containers.
- Handle all customers complaints in an effective & prompt way.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office )
- Excellent Language skills
- 0-2 years experience
