What youll build

As a Working Student in Digital Analytics youll help our Marketing team measure and improve performance across digital channels. Youll work with data from HubSpot Excel and Looker Studio to support decision-making campaign reporting and marketing efficiency. This role gives you hands-on experience with modern analytics tools and the opportunity to learn how data drives growth in a global B2B environment.

• Support the creation of marketing performance reports and dashboards
• Gather and organise data from HubSpot and CRM systems
• Build and update reports in Looker Studio and Excel
• Track campaign performance metrics such as engagement conversion and reach
• Help maintain data accuracy and consistency across reports
• Assist in identifying insights that improve marketing strategies and execution

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Marketing Data Analytics or related fields
• Computer skills: Basic proficiency in HubSpot Excel and Looker Studio
• Language skills: Fluent in English; German or other European languages are a plus
• Soft skills: Analytical mindset curiosity for data organised and eager to learn
• Other experience: Understanding of digital marketing metrics is beneficial
• Working from the office is not required
