Legal Working Student (fmx)

As our Legal Working Student youll play an integral role in assisting with a variety of legal matters including legal research contract management intellectual property and data privacy. By contributing to key projects you will gain exposure to practical legal work in a fast-paced innovative environment.

Tasks

• Legal research & analysis on German corporate law regulations and compliance topics.
• Draft & review contracts (NDAs employment contracts sales terms) and support contract management.
• Support corporate legal matters including governance policies regulatory compliance in collaboration with top law firms.
• Assist with IP & data privacy topics including GDPR compliance and trademark administration.
• Collaborate with internal teams & external partners to support legal projects and process improvements.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Law degree (for Bachelor min. 4th semester) or pursuing a state examination degree (Main Studies).
• Strong academic performance with a keen interest in corporate law governance and data privacy.
• Previous legal working experience is a big plus but not required.
• Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent German (C2) and English (C1) skills both written and spoken.
