HRIS Reporting Consultant

The opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused HRIS Reporting Consultant ideally with experience in Ceridian Dayforce to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in HR data reporting and analytics with hands-on experience in HCM modules such as HR payroll benefits and workforce management.

In this role you will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements configure and optimize Dayforce reporting tools and support data-driven decision-making throughout the implementation and post-deployment phases.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop maintain and optimize Dayforce reports and dashboards to support HR Payroll Finance and business leaders.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HRIS modules including Core HR Payroll Benefits Talent and Time & Attendance.
• Support system upgrades configuration changes and new module implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues working closely with Ceridian support when needed.
• Maintain documentation for reporting processes data definitions and system configurations.
• Train members and end-users on Dayforce reporting capabilities and best practices.
• Participate in audits and compliance reporting as required.

Skills and attributes for success

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Systems Business or related field.
• 3 years of experience in HRIS or HR reporting roles preferably with Dayforce HCM.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Data Visualization tools and Excel.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and data structures.

Ideally youll also have

• Experience with Dayforce Data Integration Studio (DIS) or Dayforce Analytics
