As a Tier 2 Service Desk Technician you will support Endeavour Foundation to reach business goals by ensuring system integrity and operational excellence for staff. By working both autonomously and as part of the Technology team you will assess issues and provide solutions for IT queries and requests that cannot be handled by Tier 1 through the application of in-depth knowledge skills and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing technical support of switches network and hardware
- Affectively handle IT queries/requests that have been escalated from a Tier 1 team member
- Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals
- Ensure that fixes are implemented to all systems and take steps to prevent the same problem occurring again
- Provide level 2 troubleshooting both onsite and to remote sites of Endeavour Foundation including subsidiaries
Role Requirements:
- Minimum Tertiary qualification of Certificate III/ Diploma in Information Technology or related field
- Industry qualifications such as CCNA MCSA ITIL are highly desired
- Demonstrated experience of providing level 2 IT support both onsite and remote
- Experience with MDM systems such as Intune or similar is desired.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments Exchange Azure AD and Network troubleshooting
- Experience using ticketing systems with an ITIL standard
- Australian Citizenship OR Perm Residency Required Obtain or Willing to obtain: Criminal History Screen Blue card and NDIS Yellow Card.
