The Opportunity

Were seeking a Junior Account Manager (Cadet) whos ready to build a rewarding career in construction sales and account management.

Reporting to the Victorian Sales Manager youll work alongside an experienced and supportive team learning the full client lifecycle from quoting and project coordination to relationship management and delivery. This role focuses on supporting and growing existing client relationships ensuring our service standards are maintained and our builder partners continue to see the value Buildsafe delivers. Youll also play a key part in driving growth through increased market share and share of wallet within existing clients identifying opportunities to expand our footprint across projects and regions.

Youll bring:

• A genuine interest in construction customer service and account management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and team-oriented attitude
• Confidence engaging with clients and learning the commercial side of the role
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A current drivers licence (required)

Your Role

• Support senior Account Managers with day-to-day client management
• Assist in coordinating quotes bookings and project follow-ups
• Maintain accurate client records in the Buildsafe CRM
• Attend client meetings and site visits to understand project needs
• Assist with reports proposals and client communication
• Identify opportunities to increase market share and share of wallet within existing clients
