Our successful Financial Planning firm Beacon Capital Management in Franklin TN is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while providing superior customer service to the firms prospects clients and team members. JobDescription: As an essential member of the Beacon team this role ensures that visitors and clients are received in an excellent and professional manner and that all reception areas always operate at a high level and quality of service. A critical factor in the success of Beacon is that our guests and clients feel welcome safe and at ease when they call in or come in. Responsibilities: - To supervise the professional greeting of clients and visitors at the highest standards possible.
- Entering in data as needed for clients in designated CRM.
- Provide management oversight and implementation for operations involving the reception area including scheduling for hours of operation.
- Working with Accounting to enter in all receipts and invoices into designated software with proper categories and classifications.
- Managing (and ordering) office inventory/supplies as needed and oversee inventory levels.
- Notify advisors of client arrival and facilitate a positive client experience prior to the appointment.
- Manage the front lobby environment to maintain a best-in-class Ritz Carlton level of appearance.
- Reporting any important customer trends comments and observations to leadership.
- Manage phone and call routing. Working with leadership and the IT firm on any needed improvements software/hardware updates and adjustments to ensure quality of calls and quick response time.
- Working with Marketing on specific customer retention efforts including recognizing client special events (birthdays anniversaries etc.)
- Training for staff as needed on customer service/phone etiquette and implementation for the switchboard and other front of house software to maintain the integrity of customer service.
- On-going development of skills and knowledge for front of the house/customer service excellence.
