Administrative Assistant (Full-Time/Part Time)
Position Overview:
Nutritional Frontiers is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join the Nutritional Frontiers team! This position plays a key role in supporting our leadership sales and operations teams by ensuring daily business functions run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized proactive and passionate about wellness. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced team-focused environment and enjoys contributing to a mission-driven company dedicated to helping people Feel Look and Live Healthier Naturally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the CEO
- Manage calendars schedule meetings prepare agendas and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Assist with correspondence email communication and document preparation.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure smooth information flow across departments.
- Support internal event coordination catering for company meetings and training sessions.
- Help with internal communications HR tasks and project tracking as needed.
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal staff and external partners.
- Take initiative to identify and improve office processes to boost efficiency to include ordering of office supplies.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative or office support experience (health wellness or supplement industry a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook and online collaboration tools (SharePoint Slack or similar).
- A positive professional attitude willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
- Highly organized dependable and able to work independently or as part of a dynamic team.
Compensation:
- Base annual salary range $50000.00 to $60000.00 commensurate with experience
Would include performance bonuses
