Sales professional

Do you want to work in an ambitious investment bank with global reach and a strong position in maritime and energy markets
As activity increases and our client base expands Fearnley Securities is strengthening its Sales Team and looking for a talented professional to join us in bond sales.

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside highly experienced colleagues within both equity and fixed income sales and to play an active role in driving the success of our clients and our firm

As a Sales manager you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team in Oslo working closely with institutional investors and corporate clients in Norway and internationally. You will take an active part in developing relationships executing transactions and contributing to the continued growth of our investment banking business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the bond market
  • Working closely with research syndicate and investment banking teams to deliver value-added solutions to clients
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to both issuers and investors

Who you are

You are commercially driven analytical and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You communicate clearly and build trust through competence integrity and initiative.

We believe you have:

  • 23 years of experience in equity sales credit sales or a similar client-facing financial role
  • Strong communication skills in English and Norwegian
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High energy level strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative approach you enjoy being part of a high-performing team

The position is based in Oslo and reports to the Head of Sales at Fearnley Securities.
