Our Revenue Operations team acts as the strategic bridge between Finance Sales and other go-to-market functions ensuring alignment across forecasting planning and performance analysis. We are responsible for delivering accurate revenue projections driving operational efficiency and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This individual contributor role will report directly to the Senior Director FP&A and play a key part in shaping our revenue strategy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented analytically strong and thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment. Youll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support forecasting cycles analyze sales performance and optimize revenue processes that scale with our growth.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data analysis tools and business intelligence software to track revenue performance and trends

• Generate regular reports and insights on key revenue metrics to assist in strategic decision-making

• Collaborate with the executive and sales team to develop accurate revenue forecasts and projections

• Evaluate and enhance sales processes to drive efficiency and increase conversion rates

• Analyze pricing strategies and their impact on revenue generation and customer acquisition

• Collaborate with the product team to assess the performance of existing offerings and identify opportunities for new revenue streams

• Communicate analytic solutions to stakeholders and implement improvements and solutions

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in revenue operations sales operations banking consulting financial services or a related analytical role

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL or BI tools like Tableau)

• All around team player fast and self-learning individual

• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing startup environment handling multiple tasks with flexibility and a positive attitude

• Proactive and solution-forward bias for action
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $56000 $104000 per year which represents the base pay the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role. Actual pay within this range will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience skills and qualifications.

Depending on the position employees may also be eligible to participate in a company bonus or commission plan. All employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental and vision coverage unlimited paid time off and participation in the companys 401(k) plan with employer contribution.
