Latitude Health a fully owned subsidiary of Tū Ora Compass Health is looking for a Senior Business Manager to support the operations of our newly amalgamated Wairarapa Medical. With an enrolled population of over 12500 patients across Featherston Martinborough and Greytown the practice now operates as a single entity across three locations delivering sustainable primary healthcare to the South Wairarapa region.

Were looking for someone to lead alongside our Clinical Director and ownership group helping Wairarapa Medical continue to diversify innovate and support the vibrant communities of South Wairarapa.

What were looking for:

A graduate qualification in business management (or similar) or significant experience in business leadership

A strong track record of managing high-performing diverse teams

The ability to innovate and think on your feet in a dynamic healthcare environment

Experience in the health sector particularly in primary care or working with clinical teams is preferred but not essential.
