The Team:
We are the Engineering team. We exist to build the products and automation that will drive Liberis exponential growth in the embedded finance market.
There are over 90 of us based across the UK & Mumbai we split ourselves into domain aligned teams working on a specific part of our product offering as well as across a few supporting functions: DevEx Data Architecture & support.
Our mission is to build composable modular technology platforms that will close the global SME funding gap.
We are collaborative (with each other and with our users) and we value moving fast by fixing things.
What youll be doing:
Joining our Mumbai team of 7 you will be a key part of our Engineering org working on real world problems seeing the impact your work has on a daily basis through:
- Using continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software and value to end users as early as possible
- Working in collaborative customer obsessed teams to build fantastic experiences for internal and external users
- Contributing to our distributed global architecture while defending our quality and performance requirements.
- Building and running software exemplifying DevOps culture.
- Taking part in our entire software lifecycle from ideation to building to maintenance to collecting feedback and improving.
- Mentoring junior engineers.

What we think you need:
- Professional experience writing code in two or more programming languages and a willingness to learn our tech stack - mostly C# .net NextJs React GCP.
- An understanding of working with Agile methods such as ExtremeProgramming Kanban or Scrum.
- Experience mentoring more junior team members.
- Multiple years of experience in an environment that is in some way similar to ours.
- Resilience in early stage business situations where requirements areevolving and experimentation is required.
- Bonus points Experience building data heavy products e.g. ETL pipelinesevent streamlining or data mesh approaches.
- Bonus points if you have experience of cloud technologies (we mostly useAzure & GCP); experience using highly collaborative methods such as ensemble mob or pair programming; experience writing financial software; orexperience with Test Driven Development
