We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in driving product excellence and fostering supplier partnerships to support our brands growth and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end merchandising process from sourcing and product development to production follow-up and vendor collaboration.

Here is what you need to know about this role:

• Understand customer needs and requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.

• Identify and negotiate with suppliers to meet product requirements and achieve cost efficiency.

• Support product development processto ensure alignment with quality standards and budget expectations.

• Manage production timelines and order follow-upto ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with vendorsto support product development and production.

• Support ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Merchandising Fashion and Garment or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably with a manufacturing background and/or experience in mid to high-end ladies fashion covering both woven and knit.

• Well-versed in merchandising and product development processes with a strong track record in production follow-up.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Well-organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines with strong problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in written and spoken English Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Skilled in MS Office applications.

• Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
