Salary: 9600 gross per annum (22400 per annum pro rata)

We are currently looking for a Cleaner/ Caretaker to join our team.

About the role

We are seeking a Cleaner/ Caretaker who will ensure the hygienic condition & maintenance of the Centre is maintained at a high standard. To carry out routine cleaning & maintenance of all areas as agreed by Centre Manager.

Responsibilities

Sanitisation of toilet areas

Preparation & cleaning of Accommodation Areas

Cleaning of all public areas as necessary

Cleaning of all classrooms in rotation

Assist with other housekeeping tasks as required

Maintenance of the Centre

Working hours (15 hours per week)

Wednesday: 8.30am - 4.30pm: 7 hours with a one-hour unpaid break

Further 8 hours over the week to fit in with business needs

Some weekend work will be required through busy periods
