JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role Purpose
The AlinIQ Informatics Technical Specialist is a client-facing technical expert responsible for the end-to-end delivery of AlinIQ Digital Health applications. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency strong communication skills and critical thinking to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Provide feedback for product enhancements based on customer insights.
- Foster a culture of high customer service and satisfaction.
Operational Responsibilities
- Execute project work plans with a focus on timely delivery and risk mitigation.
- Configure and integrate AlinIQ products according to customer specifications.
- Deliver training and provide ongoing customer support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and systems of record.
- Participate actively in team and customer meetings.
- Be available for shift work and travel to client sites as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science Information Systems Medical or Hospital Informatics or related disciplines.
- 13 years of experience in installing configuring or maintaining diagnostics laboratory informatics applications.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of diagnostics laboratory workflows and technologies.
- Experience with laboratory information systems middleware analyzer management systems or inventory management systems.
- Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting laboratory informatics systems is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools like MS Project or SmartSheet.
