We are hiring Cluster SPA Director of South China
As Cluster SPA Director of South China We rely on you to
- Regional budget management financial analysis benchmarked against key business KPIs and provides insights for improvement.
- Regular visits to each business unit to monitor operations and service quality meet with staff and management.
- To ensure compliance with company standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance staff business acumen skills and wellness technical knowledge (where applicable).
- Attend monthly conference call with Headquarters Wellness team and each spa leader on spa P&L challenges and successes.
- Develop promotional materials and other marketing tools to assist with revenue generation at each property.
We are looking for someone who:
- Preferably has more than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership interpersonal communication and evaluation skills.
- Market-savvy with a proven ability to develop potential clients and expertise in marketing and special projects.
- Good command of English both in oral and written.
- A strong team player with an enthusiastic and dynamic personality.
