DUTIES
Ensure that calls to the Guest Service Center are promptly answered and requested followed through
to the concerned department.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in an International Hotel with a similar capacity is an advantage.
- A graduate of Hospitality Management/ International Hospitality Management or any related course.
- Knowledge in OPERA system is an advantage.
- Proficient in oral and written English.
- Execellent interpersonal skills and ability to perform consistently under pressure.
