The Opportunity

This position works out of our Diagnostic Division were empowering smarter medical and economic decision making to help transform the way people manage their health at all stages of life. Every day more than 10 million tests are run on Abbotts diagnostics instruments providing lab results for millions of people.

As a Digital Health Solutions Sales Executive (DHS SE) you will be responsible for driving business and revenue growth for our Digital Health solutions within their designated region/country across diagnostic business units. DHSE partners with the diagnostics sales team to implement growth strategies drive additional avenues of value while enhancing pro tability.

What Youll Do

Acquiring New Business:Understand customer needs and acquire new business in districts lacking a Diagnostics and/or AlinIQpresence.

Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas while managing sales budgets.

Process Design: Capable of proposing new customer work ows which leverage digital health solutions tosolve recognized customer problems/pain points.

Executive Engagement: Engage with C-suite executives on issues like laboratory e ciency and clinical excellence population health mergers remote patient monitoringand risk strati cation.

Growth Opportunities: Identify growth opportunities through healthcare improvementsfocusing on digital health solutions and reagent sales.

Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and
healthcare policies.

Contract Negotiations: Lead complex contract negotiations and develop strategic account plans.

Customer Satisfaction: Enhance customer satisfaction by anticipating needs and improvingaccount activities.

Market Share Growth: Drive market share growth through new business opportunities andelevate brand reputation.

Communication Skills: Coordinate resources in a matrixed environment.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality system requirements. Impact of Position

Revenue Generation:Amplify DHS SE growth and maintain high margins. Renewal Rates: Achieve high renewal rates in Core
Diagnostics.

Digital Health Maturity: Increase digital health maturity among diagnostics sellers.

Required Qualifications

Required: bachelors or associate degree with 4 years of sales experience in healthcare or related elds. this role equivalent job experience is sufficient

Advanced English

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred: Experience in leading complex contract negotiations proven sales experience in Healthcare or Medical IT and familiarity with IT in clinical
laboratories / hospital / healthcare. Desired Traits
